Shipping policy

At Crochet Kitty, we are committed to providing prompt and efficient shipping for all our orders. Please note that we ship out Monday through Friday, except on United States holidays when post offices are closed.

Once you place an order, it will take up to 2 business days for us to process it. After processing, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out. This means that your order could take up to a maximum of 7 business days to be shipped out from our facility.

We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers, and we strive to ensure that all orders are shipped out as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

If you are picking up your order, we are open Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. We will email you once you order is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you receive an email from us before coming to pick up.
